Spook (Canen Spook at Diagemtas)
11th March 2006 – 10th July 2020
Spook had been showing signs of being uncomfortable off and on for a while but last night she kept crying and would not stop. I had to give her pain relief so that she could sleep. I made the decision this morning to let her go over Rainbow Bridge as I did not want her to suffer any longer.
She had a few episodes of crying over the previous months, especially if she had to travel anywhere as although she was used to travelling in the van she developed a real dislike and would cry and shake. She also had a lot of lumps all over her body which were getting a lot bigger and making it uncomfortable for her to move at times.
Spook had a great sense of fun which could make her quite naughty at times. She was also one of my nursemaids as although she has never had pups herself she loved playing with them and would spend many hours keeping them occupied. She would have made a wonderful mom but mother nature said otherwise.
She was a gentle loveable dog who had the most endearing facial expressions. Between her and Pixie they could charm anybody.
Run free Spook. You will never be forgotten.
